Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your coffee. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: 

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return:

Email support@coletticoffee.com with your reason for return, your order number, and a photo of the defective part. We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment on file within 7-10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@coletticoffee.com.
