  3. Steven H.

I’ve got an addiction to coffee no matter where I am. This was a great price for a good cup. Looks great by our french press even when we aren’t under the stars.

  4. gh

Ordered received quickly . Been looking for a real good coffee pot and I found it . Very pleased , is well made and should last for a long time. Would buy again and would recommend. Regards gh

  5. todd

I like the heavy stainless steel. The handle does not get hot and it is easy to clean up. It might just be in my head but the coffee seems to taste better from a percolator.

  6. miles

This will last a long time. Seems to be made of heaver metal and put together well. The wavered bottom gives more surface area to heat up then a flat bottom. It is a nice size. Very impress with product. Would buy again.

  7. PAMELA LEWIS

all stainless steel including the inside parts, no aluminum, knob is actually glass which I wanted extremely satisfied

  8. Robert A. Aichele

This percolator coffee pot is very well designed and well built. I’ve owned a few percolator that weren’t.

  9. S. Shopper

This is just what I needed for the RV, If there is No electricity, We can still make coffee on the stove!!

  10. Glen Prentice

Good camping pot sturdy very little grounds in pot.

  11. MoosemanMike

Finally, a Solid percolator. Works great in all environments. I bought the multi use version.( bailwire) Makes a Great pot of Coffee.
Looking forward to years of use.

  12. Terre

High quality design, tough and well made with attention to detail. The charitable aspect of the purchase made it an easy decision.

  13. Jeffrey A. Asher

I compared MANY percolators but could not find the exact one I was looking for until I took a chance on this one. I needed a percolator that could be put on the grate over the fire and also in the fire. I wanted the ability to cook right on the coals. This one did beautifully on the coals and I am sure would have done just as good sitting on a stovetop or on a grate over the fire. In the coals, the outside did get a little scorched and blackened, but I’m OK with that as long as it works. I needed a percolator that had a glass knob like this one does and not a plastic knob (I didn’t want to melt it in the fire). Some people advised purchasing the extra knob but I did not. The percolator parts inside fit perfectly. I used a brew bag to hold the grinds so I had perfect coffee with no grinds. The only issue I have with it is that there are no markings telling you how much water is inside. That’s a problem that I don’t know how to fix. Overall, I am happy with this percolator and may start making my regular morning coffee with it.

  14. B.S.S.

I have went through a lot of coffee pots in my camping lifetime and I am sooooo in love with this one. Not just for the fact that it is all stainless steel, even the innards, but for the fact that it stays nice looking and is easy cleaning. It makes an awesome cup of coffee and heats up fairly fast. It is very well built and sturdy….shiny too! lol So happy I don’t have to use aluminium again. I will definitely replace with another if something ever happens to this one <3

  15. Andrew W Kohler

This is a coffee maker this is the one people need to use if they wont a good cup of coffee.

  16. Alimarikat

We LOVE this kettle! It’s very sturdy and easy to use. I make tea in it, not coffee, and it makes great tea (I use loose leaf tea). Our only concern was for the wood handle, cause we use it on an open fire. We had to protect it with several layers of foil. So far it holds.

  17. Amazon Customer

Product used on a recent camping trip and made excellent coffee.

  18. L J

Not as huge as it looks in the photos but measurements are spot on. Made a great cup of coffee in the camper. Minimal grounds in the bottom, use a filter if you’d like. (Not boiling it over helps too!) If you think it doesn’t work, you are doing something wrong. Read the directions and give it another go. 👍🏼💕

  19. Amazon Customer

    Exactly what it should be.

  20. pknozell

Worked great, just used this past weekend camping with the scouts. Wish it was 20 cups. A few grounds worked their way through but the flavor was great.

  21. fox

Mine is only for if TEOTEAWKI arrives and nothing more

  22. Jared

Got this coffee pot to use in my shop mainly on the stove top, but it will be great for camping as well. Seems well built. I like the fact that it is stainless steel. It is also great that it has a glass globe at the top and bot a plastic one. I also like that it has a bale handle so it can be hung from a hook over a fire. Seems like it will serve well for many years to come. Makes a good strong cup of coffee.

  23. Kevin Conzo

This coffee pot is perfect. It is sturdy, not cheaply made that could only be used once. I’ve been using this in my fireplace to brew. I am really happy with this.

  24. C. Wayne

It works fine. Use coarse ground coffee to avoid grounds in your coffee. You must make at least a quart at a time for the percolator to function.

  25. KAG

fantastic for home or camp. very good material and construction. the heat is captured at the bottom lip, great design!

  26. hmschoolmom

This is good for the money. I used it a few times to test it, then put it away for camping. Looks to be fairly sturdy. Works well. Good coffee! I usually snip a hole in a paper coffee filter and set in the basket before adding the ground coffee. Even without the paper coffee filter, not too many grounds get through. When not using a paper filter, I just let the grounds settle a minute or so before pouring, and don’t pour the last bit of coffee.

  27. Thaddeus Dronen

I use this everyday super good coffee pot

  28. Maine Swamp Donkey

Great coffee pot brews a real cuppa.
Having used this for awhile the stem is too short for the basket and it allows the top and basket to separate and put a lot of grounds in the coffee. Addendum customer service is very responsive and has been working to rectify this problem even to the point of sending a replacement.

  29. pat lasswell

This is the best coffee pot I ever used! Living off-grid while building a home and this coffee pot gets used every day on a 2-burner propane camp stove. Perks quick and coffee tastes good. Thank you.

  30. Umpqua Farms

    Nice product

  31. Mark E.

Their quality control is lacking when 3 of ten pots are not attached to the lid.

  32. Ben Harris

Works very well, takes more time then I’d like but it is a percolator so keep that in mind. When making two 20oz thermos it works very well and makes great coffee. If packed right when car camping it is a awesome addition.

  33. Terry

Good thick gauge stainless steel, love this coffee pot at home or camping out.

  34. BOOG

    Super

  35. Graybeard

I like this percolator, it makes great coffee. Easy to clean.

  36. Anita

This was the best out of many Stainless pots I tried. So far it even still looks like stainless steel!! The others all turned different shades of black! So my long and hard search for a “real” stainless steel coffee pot is over! Did I find NO. There is a good reason for that however, The good ole US does not make stainless any more?? Nope, just China ^v^ when we made it, it was made with a refined steel, but of course China found a better way,,,,they make their’s and ours, out of PIG IRON! So, it leaches into our coffee, tea, or any thing we cook in it!! BUT This pot is not too bad, the coffee tastes good and so far it has not change colors! I have kept it and pray it will stay nice. The glass knob broke after just 3 week, but I have two others at 5 bucks a piece, I do hope they don’t all break that soon, it could get costie! Hope this helps.

  37. Angela M DiLoreto

    Good for home or camping!

  38. William Prince

Was sceptical at first. Makes great coffee at one Tsppon per cup up to six cups. No more coffee needed for more. Gave up cream and sugar after first pot.

  39. Thad Krause

Seems to be a good quality product. Exactly what I was looking for at a great price

  40. Theresa J.

I use this for pour over coffee. It is a beautiful and well made pot. I really like it.

  41. Machelle A.

Very sturdy and well made. We use it camping and it works great. We’ll worth the money!!

  42. Hambone

I purchased this for home use more so than camping. During the pandemic I have lost power due to storms a few times. I needed a way to make coffee and purchased the Coletti Butte Camping Coffee Pot. The taste of the coffee is so much more robust and flavorful. I have enjoyed so much that I’m using daily. The one thing I would recommend is the wrap around coffee filters to help keep the grounds from percolating into the coffee.

  43. Logan M.

I like what came but where is the long thin handle i see in the picture. Mine came with out it, and it definitely is supposed to have it. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Im just disappointed it didn’t come with the long handle.

  44. Matt Miles

Works perfectly for what I was looking for. Making coffee over the campfire. I’m very satisfied with the with the quality and durability of this coffee pot. I use the wrap around coffee filters with it and get no coffee grinds in it. I liked it so well I bought the smaller 9 cup Bozeman for backpacking recently.

  45. Bruce Homen

This one has a strong handle to hold it over a fire, the only thing that I had to alter on it is I bent the handle right at the top so when I hang it over the fire it hangs strait.
The other pot I bought, the basket holding the grounds was VERY poorly constructed this one was quite strong to last, with the basket right at the top where it is to be.
You want a Pot to perk your coffee in I recommend this one.

  46. Aleks G.

This Percolator looks top notch. All stainless steel built, wood handle definitely adds a nice touch to it. I have yet to teat it and will update review once I do. So far, it looks like it will last.

  47. KP

I use my Coletti percolator every day and love the taste of the coffee. No bitter aftertaste that I’ve always had with the drip coffee makers. After 3-4 months of use, a piece of the glass percolator part broke off inside the lid. I contacted Coletti, and they put a replacement glass percolator part in the mail immediately. I was very happy about that, but when I received the package and opened it, I was even more pleased to discover that they had sent me 2 glass percolator replacement pieces! I would say that’s going above and beyond, and I’m very impressed with their customer service. Thank you Coletti!!! Keep up the good work!

  48. Jaime S

    good

  49. William Howell.

Reasonable cost. Seems well made and works great. Haven’t used over a fire yet, but foresee no problems.
Wasn’t as large as I wanted but will do just fine. Would recommend.

  50. Traci A. Lonergan

We absokutely love out camp coffee pit! Makes the best pot of coffee! Easy to clean and very durable.

  51. Craig Manning

It’s well built, its stainless and has wood grips and a bail strap to hang the pot. I’m impressed on how nice it is.

  52. Thomas E.

Oh, heck yes! Great purchase, super seller! If I camped more or need another for my log lodge, I will order more. True quality and impressive styling.
Most stainless kettles for sale anywhere, frankly, are junk. Nothing more that still aluminum foil. This, is true stability, shine and tensile quality. You can NOT go wrong with this purchase. Plus, I got it within mere days!

  53. Diablo

Awesome stainless steel percolator. It makes amazing old school powerful coffee! I love the hanger hook so you can hang ot over a fire! Nice wooden handel helps keep it manageable. Its my favorite camping gadget!

  54. Ora G.

Haven’t had a chance to try it yet but it appears to be high quality.

  55. Corey MacCallum

     Nothing better than cowboy coffee!

  56. jase

i wanted something sturdy that had a traditional look for reenacting, i needed a coffee pot that had a handle, a bail and a bottom handle so i can use a lever and pour coffee while its hanging on a spit. whats interesting is the percolator screen sits flush with the lip of the pot. meaning theres no way for coffee grinds to spill into the pot.

the only flaw is the bottom is recessed so it takes along time to heat up on a hot surface

worth the money, i just wish they sold a model without the glass percolator cover.

  57. Sanluvsbooks

Tip: this cannot be used on an electric smooth top stove. Gas only. It is not smooth on the bottom, has a lip with a raised bottom about 1/4 inch. We could not use so returned.

  58. Amazon Customer

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is cause I wish it had a removable lid. Self preference. But the perc is great can’t complain.

  59. Chris M.

I used 1 tablespoon of fine Folgers Crystal coffee ground per 1 cup of coffee. I only measured for 4 cups. I left it on for 10 minutes the first time. Very good tasting coffee. I would say as good as your friendly neighborhood’s coffee shop. Enjoy my friends!

  60. Melissa S.

My only issue is that you can’t avoid getting coffee grounds in the coffee! Tried all suggestions and the grounds still find their way into the coffee. Only way to ensure you don’t pour grounds into your cup is to use a strainer with each pour! If you aren’t particular about drinking coffee with grinds in it, then this is a definite must buy for you!

  61. Sherne

A super quality pot and the company is amazing too!!!!
Day 1 of receipt we used this on our open flame campfire and everyday since. The pot now has a beautiful char on the outside but the interior is flawless. Follow the simple directions and enjoy the best camp coffee. We work hard outside all day, then sit around the fire and simply enjoy a nice brew in the quiet of nature…..UNPLUGGED!
Thank God for these folks and their high quality items as well as their amazing values too.

  62. Rikk Jacobs

Works great! Just use coarse ground coffee and 3.5” filters.

  63. Mike

    Works as expected good quality
Keeps coffee hot for a long time
    Easy to clean and versatile

  64. Guy

    Good product fast shipping

  65. Outback19

Great percolator, especially on my tripod cooker for camping! Made great coffee, used everyday on an extended camping trip. Nice classic percolator.
Company was extremely helpful to deal with. Would buy again.

  66. Brandon James Jebb

This is a great percolator for camping. It works great brews a wonderful cup of coffee. And I have had zero issues with it. I definitely recommend. And it showed up in a timely manner which is also a plus.

  67. ReginaPhlangee

Received percolator and used it on the stove that day, coffee was excellent. It’s everything you need, doesn’t feel cheap, normally I have buyers remorse on everything but I’m happy with this.

  68. Mark from Texas

Just received this coffee pot today (03/05/2021), opened the box and could not believe what was inside.
The idea and material were good.
However, quality is below zero. The handle is askew (see the picture #1). The vapor release hole is off center (see the picture #2). I am shocked about such quality.

Update (03/11/2021): Changing from 2 to 4 stars.
Coletti stood up for their commitment to the quality and provided the replacement.
    The new kettle is good.
Communication was quick and very professional.
    Shipped fast as well.
The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that Coletti manufacturing needs to improve their final inspection (QC) and make sure that products, that do not meet their own standards, do not get shipped to their customers.

  69. have3 kidstoo

UPDATE: The 5 star review is not for the product, I still give it one star. The 5 star review is for Rachel at Coletti customer service. I had already emailed Coletti about a different problem with the coffee pot. She responded with a very nice gesture, but by then, the handle had broke and I had already decided to return it. She was very nice regarding return/refund and I truly appreciate her response. I believe this is a great company and I admire the mission, which is why I purchased it. But as my headline says: questionable craftsmanship.

Handle broke on day two after only making two pots of coffee. Just disgusted with it all the way around. Will be returning.

My COLETTI Butte Camping Coffee Pot I purchased from Amazon is GREAT. The construction of the COLETTI Butte Camping Coffee Pot is made of sturdy stainless steel and well designed. The stem and over all construction is very strong unlike the cheap aluminum percolator coffee pots you would find at a sporting goods store. In my opinion, an old fashioned stovetop percolator coffee pot is the only way to make coffee. It does take some getting used to because it doesn’t make instant coffee like a traditional electric coffee maker. It takes my electric stove 30-35 minutes to boil the water and about another 5-10 minutes to allow the water to boil onto the coffee grounds (percolate). The smell of the coffee percolating is VERY NOSTALGIC reminding me of all the fishing and hunting trips as a kid. My COLETTI Butte Camping Coffee Pot makes my coffee PERFECTLY AWESOME. Just remember the longer you allow your coffee to percolate the stronger it gets…and bitter so you would need to do a trial and error with your brewing time and coffee ground measurements if you have never used one. I’m pretty sure you’ll love how your coffee comes out once you get used to the COLLETTI coffee pot.
IMPORTANT: I would highly recommend you purchase the extra percolator tops because they are a dense glass just in case you break one. Also, if you don’t like small amounts of coffee grains in your coffee than I would absolutely recommend purchasing some percolator filters as well.

  71. Mark Willingham

Absolutely great quality and looks great as well. Welcome addition to our homestead

  72. Volunteer

I read some negative reviews. This type of coffee pot is designed to work with a camping stove. You may get poor results trying to use it with a kitchen stove. It might not perk nearly as well. I tried it both ways and was very pleased with the camp stove. It does need to be watched so it doesn’t perk too hard getting coffee grounds overflowing from the basket. I move it part way off the reduced flame and it was perfect.

  73. Kindle Customer

Great steel coffee pot that will perk coffee on the stove or camp fire coals. Easy to clean and use.

  74. Ronald Robinson

Nice to find a decent percolator
